R650 R6525 - VLT0304, Description: CPU 1 VRM voltage is outside of range. - The system board Pfault fail-safe voltage is outside of range.

This is resolved.  Sharing Steps Taken.

Initial Issue on a PER6525 -

Server would not power on, but IDRAC still working with the following errors in Logs shown in Title.

Steps Taken:

Motherboard replaced.  No Change.

Swapped CPU1 and CPU2.  No change.

Booted with A1 and B1 Memory minimum configs ->  Boots Fine

Server has 24 DIMM slots used.  A1-A12 and B1-B12.

Removed all DIMMs on CPU 1 side which would be the A Dimms.

Inserted the rest of the DIMMs from B side to slots A1-A6 and B1-B6 ->  Boots Fine

Tested the rest of the remaining DIMMs 4 at a time.  If it fails, I set those DIMMS aside.

After trial and error, found Two Bad DIMMS.

Swapped the suspected Bad DIMMs into a Lab Server R650 and this server gave the same errors.

Note:  DIMM errors were never logged in IDRAC.

The system board Pfault fail-safe voltage is outside of range.
CPU 1 MEMABCD VPP PG voltage is outside of range.
