R640 System Board versions and part numbers; also TPM 2.0 module causing hang during boot

There's a bewildering number of part numbers for R640 system boards, I've compiled a (probably incomplete and possibly inaccurate) list of 16 system board part numbers for R640s, along with references that I've found in various places to the version numbers for each part (which might or might not be correct), and the manufacturers (which also might or might not be correct):

(Of course, each of those part numbers can also be written with a leading zero. E.g., CRT1G can be written as 0CRT1G.)

I have a few questions about that list:

Q#1. Is there an official list of R640 System Board part numbers, and their corresponding version numbers, somewhere?

Q#2. Are Invetec and Intec the same thing?

Q#3. Where do "MLK" and "MLK V2" fit in the ordering of version numbers?

Q#4. Does revision history documentation exist, which details how the versions differ from one another?

Q#5. Are there any compatibility issues which are known to exist in some versions of the R640 system boards, and not others?

That last question is not completely random. I have a DP/N 06DKY5 which runs Windows 10 just fine. I want to upgrade it to Windows 11, but for that it needs a TPM 2.0 module. They are inexpensive on eBay, so I bought one.

But it didn't work. When the TPM 2.0 module is installed, the boot process hangs at "Loading BIOS Drivers" (with no dots).

I thought the TPM module might be defective, So I bought another TPM module -- and, foolishly, I accidentally bought a TPM 1.2 module, instead of 2.0. TPM 1.2 is incompatible with Win11, but at least the boot process does not hang with that module installed.

So I bought another TPM 2.0 module, from a different vendor. Unfortunately, the boot process hangs with that one, too, just like it did with the first one.

Among the things I've tried which didn't help:

• Updated the BIOS from 2.11.2 to 2.20.1
• Updated the iDRAC from 3.30.30.30 to 7.00.00.00
• Cleared the NVRAM
• Reduced system to minimum configuration (one DIMM, no adapters, etc.)

So it appears that I have an R640 which is incompatible with TPM 2.0 modules.

Q#6. I assume that the TPM modules do work in at least some R640s. So I'm wondering which ones?  Does anyone know?
