R410 USB 3.0 Card
Does anyone know of a USB 3.0 Card model that will work in an R410 server?

Auschnet,
USB 3.0 isn't currently supported (tested) on any Dell servers. It is expected to be supported in the next generation release of servers though. That doesn't mean that they won't work in the R410, they just aren't tested. So we can't be certain which will work, if any.

Any idea on a specific model that will work on the PCIex16 slow?

There are many very small very cheap generic 1x PCIe cards with two USB3 ports available for circa $30AUD, likely half of that in the states :(
For such a price just buy one and try it out, if it works without conflict or issue, great. If you need more ports, see if other cards with similar chips set to the 2 port card are available.
I know this is not a truly helpful answer but it might inspire you to try some cheap cards and let us know your findings

Hello friends
After 10 years, we have pci-e cards with additional phase controllers that supply the necessary power. This way, the additional power cable is no longer used.
