My Dells' Monitor service tag and express code were not recognized by Dell support website

My newly purchased Dell monitor did not work. I was trying to contact Dell Support, but the service tag and express code attached to the monitor did not get recognized by Dell's support system. Can someone fix my service and express code, so that I can claim my warranty on my defective unit?

I'm sorry to see that. You would need to contact Customer Care at 1-866-795-5597 for US/Canada and see what information they need to get your service tag active.
