iDRAC: unable to use vFlash as first boot device every time
We want to use vFlash as permanent first boot device. Is it possible?
Right now I can't remove the "boot once" for vFlash.
All of our SAS disks are setup as part of vSAN. We just want to use a small 8G flash drive for ESXi OS.

Make sure it is in the dual internal SD module page 70 http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_poweredge/poweredge-r820_Owner%27s%20Manual_en-us.pdf

Hi,
The vflash is for installing OSes not as a full time boot source, what model server are you using? Some models have an internal sd card slot for this purpose.

Thanks Josh.
I think we are using the internal SD card? our server's model is PowerEdge R820. I am not in office today, will check where we insert the SD card next monday.
