Hi,
did you order the license separately or was it included in your original order with the R320?

Please get in touch with him to clear this license question, he should also forward the original bill.

Hello,
When you come in to ownership of system you should do an Ownership Transfer on the service tag, then you should be able to find the license in your Digital locker.
Ownership Transfer and Dell Product Registration Guides
It describes what to do for third-party purchases such as ebay
https://dell.to/4cBiCPq
Ownership Transfer form
https://dell.to/3xCtJJc
How to obtain iDRAC licenses from Dell Digital Locker
https://dell.to/4cBiEXy
The service tag is personal information tied to the owners account. This is why you should transfer ownership. We wouldn't be able to give someone information about an asset if we cannot verify authorization. That protects the owner and Dell.
If the ownership change doesn't go through then you will need to contact Customer Care in your region to see if they need more information.

so i wasnt able to get that far plus i the server has developed multiple issues like PCIE and General failure after video errors and it just not wanting to boot up half the time when i want it to
