iDRAC Email Alert

We have iDRAC9 and it is set to email our admins when there are critical and issues and warnings

At the bottom of the email alerts we receive, there are 2 statements

To launch the iDRAC Web Interface, click here: https://iDRAC-B1Server

To launch the iDRAC Virtual Console, click here: https://iDRAC-B1Server

Can the leading text in these be changed in some iDRAC setting?

if not, can they be removed from the alert message?

thanks

Hello,

Reference: Configure Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) Email Alerts

https://dell.to/4dzIcFf

There is a place you can edit Message subject.

Check the video for 1:18 minute time mark look for

SMTP (Email) Server Settings

see--->Message Subject Prefix and set to Custom.

You can edit it on that page.

If you want to remove an email alert then uncheck it from the Alerts and Remote System Log Configuration.

Hi, at this time there isn't an option to do what you are asking. I am curious though, could you elaborate on why the text change would be beneficial to your situation?
