Fans Problem
hello i need help, i have server dell R710, and i have the next error, Fan redundancy Lost. check Fans

all fans are spinning normally, and replaced it and I have still two errors.
the first: Fans Exceeding 1 RPM range. check
the second: Fan redundancy lost. check fans

Icastillo,
If you open the cover to the server can you see if all the fans are spinning normally? If there is one that isn't could you reseat it and see if it starts spinning?

The RAID configuration and other system settings will be unaffected by updating the BIOS and iDRAC (and even PERC) firmware.

Thank you. Those are very out of date. Run these updates (they cause reboots, so schedule downtime accordingly).
After running them see if the errors clear.
BIOS - www.dell.com/.../DriverDetails
iDrac - www.dell.com/.../DriverDetails

What is the BIOS and Idrac revisions on the server? Also, where are you seeing these errors?

It will not be affected by either of these updates.

Did you also get the Drac updated? The drac takes over as the fan controller, so it is essential to get that updated. Also, where are you seeing the errors?

Never made any exept the Bios update and now Idrac. and the error I get in front of the server screen

there are moments that does not give the error and fans suddenly accelerated and there is giving me errors that I had already mentioned
