Error message in boot sequence (BIOS related ?)

Since my PowerEdge 1800 server had its motherboard replace, when i boot the server it stop at this message: Strike F1 to continue, F2 for the setup utility.
 
If i strike F1 the server boots normally and runs perfectly.  If i go in F2 there seems to be nothing acknowledge.  Everything is as it should be.
 
Any idea to get rid of this annoyance ?

does this system have a raid controller in it?? is so you may need to change the boot sequence in the bios so that it boots off the controller not the bios boot devices.....
