I would examine the systems logs and/or iDRAC.

Are all drives present and healthy?

You didn’t provide a lot of information.

Hello,

you have 3 hard disks in status removed seen from the controller.

At first please can you try to shut down the server and reseat hard drives.

Also check connection from the backplane to the controller.

Here you can see more troubleshooting about physical hard drive.

Do you have a backup of this virtual disk?

Thanks

Did two of the failed disks belong to the same RAID5 array? If so, your data is gone I’d think.

Did you not get any notice when the first disk failed?

The backplane is the board connected to your hotswap drive cages.
If you follow the SAS cables from the controller, they’re plugged into the backplane (or expander).

Yes I confirm, if the failed hard disk belong to the same VD, data is lost.

You can try to perform a force online operation from the PERC bios but as last chance to put online the VD.

Thanks

Hello in my humble opinion,

if you want to take this to the date repair center, I suggest you do not do anything at the point. If you are okay with losing data, you need to replce both HDDs that failed and start working on the re-configuration on the VD.

@BINNASSER The ancient saying in server administration: RAID is not backup.

One important step in configuring servers is setting up alerts.

These machines are built with a lot of monitoring inside, but they’re pointless if a human isn’t actually getting these alerts, and reacting to them.
