PPDM - Oracle backup failing

Hi Experts,

Need your help as I am new to PPDM . We have been taking backup using ddboost . RMAN script has backup and delete script which getting triggered from DBA end.

Few week back we have installed PPDM 19.10. Idea is to monitor backup using PPDM but backup to continue with ddboost . By mistake for testing someone from backup team created a selfservice policy which automatically created a storageunit for PPDM Test SLA and he added few Databases in it.

Post that backup started failing . So we  have deleted the test SLA  but now still facing issue with backup and delete. The images also not getting deleted either from storage unit created for DDboost  or the Storage unit created by PPDM for test SLA. 

The error message:

ABO0022: PowerProtect Data Manager Oracle agent cannot perform the backup for the Oracle database with database ID because of an internal error.

The backup request is unsuccessful because of an SBT error.
