For PowerPath supportibility, PowerPath 5.6 support Oracle 11g RAC R2 under RHEL 5.7, please refer to page 96 of  'PowerPath Support Matrix' :

For 'PowerPath Migration Enabler' and 'PowerPath Encryption', in general, it will only related to host OS version rather than Clustre software.  Please refer to the below table from release notes:

Linux 5.7 supports PowerPath, Migration Enabler, but PowerPath Encryption is not supported.
