What OS do you have?  Win10 has USB 3.0 built in.  So if you have that, that suggests another problem.  If you have Win7 which doesn't have USB 3.0 built in, then it could be a driver problem.

EDIT:  Not sure how I missed it initially that you have Win10.  Might have to reload Win10 to get USB 3.0 working again.

First, there's another trick to try.  With a flash drive or other peripheral plugged into USB 3.0, go into Device Manager and click on Update Hardware.  The icon for it is near the top of the window.

You did not state which version of Windows you are running, that makes a difference. This forum thread may help. Also do you have the latest chipset drivers installed which are available here.

Re: all USB 3.0 ports work the same as 2.0

can you upload screenshot of data transfer speed of same usb flash drive in both 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports of your 9020?  seems to imply that there is no detectable difference between the two ports at front and back.ka02R000000hyh5QAA_en_US_2ka02R000000hyh5QAA_en_US_3

Hi @XcoolmanX,

If you upload comparison screengrabs, please make sure they're both in the same direction.  So if one USB transfer screengrab is from unloading from flash drive to PC, then both should be that way as loading from PC to flashdrive is slower.

Did you get your thing fixed? I have the same problem and I don't know what I can do to fix this every time I plug something into the usb ports that are supposed to be 3.0 it says its plugged into a 2.0 port and I don't know how to fix this.
