Optiplex 790 Resolution Issue

My Optiplex 790 resolution is 1366x768, no other option listed for "Display resolution"
My monitor Display is 1920x1080. Works fine with my Optiplex 3010.
It is updated with the latest drivers.
What can I do or upgrade the resolution to 1920x1080?

Try use the onboard DP video port instead of VGA.  If does not work, install a simple video card.

My monitor only have VGA, looks like I'll have to get a video card. Thank you!

You can also try to update the video card driver. That might work.

Intel(R) HD Graphics Driver was the issue, once disabled,  "Display resolution" is back to normal.

Now the problem is, My CapCut video editor requires to enable the Graphics driver, so I enable the driver and the resolution issue is back. The only way I can avoid Intel(R) HD Graphics Driver is to roll back to previous installed driver which is Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, now everything is working fine for the moment, hoping that Intel(R) HD Graphics Driver won't auto update.

@BlackDiamondMemory Yes I've tried that already, still the same. Thanks!

@redxps630 It's Intel HD Graphics drivers that's causing the problem, I uninstall Intel driver and I was able to select my preferred resolution, but in just a moment the Intel driver was installed automatically, so I disable Intel driver and now I'm able to select my resolution again. This seems odd though,  what do you think?
