Optiplex 7780 M2 SSD standoff

Hello!

I'm trying to add a second M.2 2280 SSD to my Optiplex 7780, and for some reason there's no M.2 standoff post screw installed in either the 2230 or 2280 position, just open threads in the motherboard.

I've looked at the 7780 Service Manual screws parts list and can't seem to find any mention of the standoff there.

Is there any way I can order or acquire one of these?1642466929679[1].jpg

Dell motherboard standoff DP/N 715KN.  the ssd is then installed on top of the philips head standoff using M2 x 2-3 mm screw.

this standoff is used in multiple Dell desktop include optiplex 5060 and xps 8940.

you can chat w Dell live agent on line to get a quote on stock availability and shipping.

715KN NUT,M2,CRD,SFF,D9/P9. $1.99

Red

Thanks for your quick response! I'm not sure that's the right one, though. The one I've got for my extant SSD looks somewhat shorter than the one displayed in the replacement parts picture.1642466954214.jpg

you are correct that Dell 7780 AIO does use a different standoff

Anybody got eyes on the P/N for that standoff?
