How disappointed Dell quality and Service

OptiPlex All-in-One Plus 7420

This brand new Dell OptiPlex All-in-one Plus 7420 has a BLUESCREEN error since the first day on 3rd July 2024, and I contacted Dell Tech Support from then to now. At the beginning, the tech remotely log into my computer and took a coupe of hours and said it was fixed, and a ouple of minutes, this issue happened again, and another tech logged in again and also said this problem was solved. But it was happened again.

This issue happened many times daily and the machine was dead each time. I had to unplug the power cable and plug in back again.

I have taken many hours to contact the tech support, and finally I contacted Mr Vijay, Team Lead, ANZ Care - Query & Issue Management (QIM). But he forwarded to his team and asked for a respond, ELEVEN days, no any respond yet!

How disappointed Dell quality and service!

I tried to return this computer but the sale team pushed to tech support, and tech support dosen't respond it.

I appreciate anyone's kind assist to solve this problem!
