Hey Ther Just wanted To Know If I Could Install An Intel HD Graphic On My Dell Optiplex 380
Also Wanted To Know If I Could Use My Nvidia GTX 1050TI With An Adapter Going From VGA To HDMI Is IT Possible For Me To Use IT And It Will Work

Win 10 automatically updated display adapter to install HD graphics for core 2 cpu in 380. user does not need to manually install.
1050ti depends on your 380 form factor. is it mt, dt, or sff. the gpu will be bottlenecked by slow core2 cpu. if your monitor has only VGA, you can use a DVI to VGA adapter cable. 1050 ti has DVI.
