Best graphics card for my optiplex sff 7050
I'm looking for a good graphics card for gaming that fits my Optiplex sff, but I'm not sure which one, also I don't know if 240w psu is enough, I know that I need a low end graphics card, but some of them look too big to fit the case.

I do not recommend 1030 unless there is no better choice. It is not worth it unless it is dirt cheap. very poor bang for the buck.
you can get a low profile 1050 for 100 bucks or less these days. when use 1050 or the like in 7050 sff, use the black x4 pcie slot which has an open end. the x16 slot only accommodates card of thin cooler such as 1030.
this user installed a 1650 LP in 7050 sff. looks great and performs great

The video specifications for OptiPlex 7050 SFF indicates Radeon R5 430 (50w) or Radeon R7 450 (65w). With a power supply of 240w, you can install a single slot, low profile graphics card up to 65w.
I suggest a low cost Dell OEM Radeon RX 550. It is a 50w card which has better performance than an R7 450.

besides the RX card recommended by chino, also consider Nvidia GTX 1050 which is 81% faster. no worries on runnning 75W gpu in SFF that labels the PCIe slot as "50W max". many users had run 75W in SFF and worked out well.
for the GTX 1050 in Optiplex 7050, 240W psu is good for load wattage which is max system may consume in typical real world scenario,
Load Wattage:242 W
Recommended PSU Wattage:292 W

both are full height cards not c/w SFF. Look for low profile card w short bracket.

@dzvnxn , not sure why you would ask me the same question after already asked other poster. Especially, redxps630 is a very knowledgeable person, highly experience with the technical on these OptiPlex systems. Mine is the same as indicated in original response, the graphics card option for your system is a single slot (thin heatsink + fan), low profile (around 2.5" in height), and with power consumption up to 65w.
Dell validated OEM cards for your system are very limited and weak. Hence the suggestion of a $50 RX 550 (4gb version). It can perform well with Fortnite and Rainbow 6 Siege. Your selection of a GT 1030 is not feasible choice in comparison.
If budget is not an issue, other suggestions are, single slot Speedster SWFT105 RX 6400 or double slot RTX A2000. Anything that takes up a double slot (wide with big heatsink) has to be on the x4 slot as suggested by Red. It would not fit on the x16 graphics slot because it's too close to the power supply.

@SODEK18 , you may want to start your own thread so it can attract more suggestions from the community. Burying your question in this thread will limit the visibility as it's a closed thread with solution.
If you just start with the planning, consider a better form factor as the SFF was/is never a good candidate for gaming due to lacking of thermal control (CPU cooling), and limited graphics card choices (low profiles, low power).

The highest performing (although not the most cost efficient) graphics card you can fit in a 7050 SFF is a half-height GTX 1650. If it's a 2-slot card, you won't get full bandwidth since you'll need to put it in the PCIe x4 slot to fit the heatsink, but it's still better performing than a 1050 in the x16 slot.
Of all the available low-profile 1650's I'm aware of, the Gigabyte GV-N1656OC-4GL is the highest spec'd. You'll need a 300W PSU to drive that card reliably, Dell part number J82T5, which can be found on eBay for around $50. It may boot with a 240W, but you're asking for trouble once you start putting load on your system.
I've got a small fleet (8x) of 7050's running arcade hardware with this exact configuration and they run flawlessly.
