OMIVV 5.4 Host Test Connection Fails

Environment: VMWARE ESXI 6.7 U3. OMIVV 5.4

I have two hosts in the same network as the OMIVV appliance. The VCENTER is also in the same network. The DRACs of the hosts are in a different network that is accessible from the VCENTER.

I am trying to create a Host Profile in the VCENTER OMIVV integration and its failing the test with a gateway timeout error on both hosts.

On the hosts themselves in the monitor tab > OMIVV Host Info I see this error:

"A web server communication error occurred between the host and OMIVV appliance. Wait for a few minutes for the communication to automatically reset. If the communication is not reset, verify the IP address of the appliance to ensure the appliance is connected to the network. If on the network, restart the appliance. If the issue persists, contact your service provider. "

Does anyone know what kind of communication is going on when doing the connection between VCENTER <> OMIVV Appliance <> Dell Hosts? I want to know if Im missing any open ports or anything like that?
