Nagios xi iDraclicence is not defined

Hello,

i deployed "Dell EMC OpenManage Plug-in for Nagios Core" to my nagios server, but when i try to run the discovery script, it returns 'iDRACLicense" is not defined and abort the inventory.

When using the dell emc plugin I getvthe following: none of the ip address are reachable.

Snmp v2 wizard connects to devices but dell ome plugin does not

Hello, I searched for it and I found some ideas. My research revealed that this may be a problem with accessing IP addresses. Please check to check the network connectivity and firewall settings. In here Nagios iLO/iDrac licencing - Nagios Support Forum mentioned 'you could define a command that has a different IP address in it (instead of using the $HOSTADDRESS$ macro that they use by default) in Configure > Core Config Manager > Commands and then assign that service to the host with the other IP address.'

Hello, I'm having the same issue. Did you manage to solve this problem? Do you mean the problem is in connection from Nagios server to iDRAC?

I set up the SNMP traps but still the same result. Thank you for any help.

can you give more details?

Hello,

I see that you open a service request on our technical support, we cannot manage directly this issue as basic support.

Let's see if other customer can interact if they already have this kind of issue.

Thanks
