Dell EMC OpenManage Plug-in for Nagios XI- V3.2.0 not working

looking for help, if anybody knows about it or fixed already in the past 

Getting "None of the IP addresses are reachable"

SNMP connectivity is ok 

also tried with python script to check issue.
python /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/configwizards/Dell_EMC_OM_NagiosXI_monitoring_wizard/plugins/dellemc_device_check.py --host=<ip address> --devicetype=iDRAC --logPath=/var/log/ --protocol=2 --http.user=nagios --http.password=****** --http.port=443 --http.timeout=50 --http.retries=2 --componentname=System,iDRAC

output:Unable to get status information due to technical issues.

I would start with verifying the process and version outlined here and see if the process is the same as what you are doing.  Now normally that is a sign that it is unable to reach out to the iDRAC at all usually. So I am curious if it may be that ICMP/ping is disabled as well.
