Command | Monitor [OMCI] 9.1 incompatible with W10 AMD Display Drivers

All of our Dell Optiplex 7010 systems, and a smattering of other Dell models that we have deployed Windows 10 (10.0.10586 / 10.0.14393) to, and that also have AMD graphics chipsets, will NOT run the DSM SA Data Manager (dcstor64) service.

We use the Dell CAB file driver sets, however, limited experimentation with driver downloads from AMD bear the same results.

Could an engineer please contact me as soon as possible, I can provide detailed data on all our impacted systems.
