T-410 Out of Disk Space

This is an exchange server and we are out of space. The server runs great. We need to replace our current 3 - 300gb drives with larger ones. We are running raid 5. I have searched for directions on doing this properly and there is some conflicting information. Can someone please tell me what the correct procedure for replacing these drives and the recommended size of the replacement drives? thanks.

Hello

The best practice is to backup data, delete the array, and create a new array with the larger drives. You can then reinstall the operating system any software and restore from backup.

The size of the drives will be based on your needs. That is something you will need to determine.

Thanks

I know asked for best practice. There has to be an easier way without re-installing the operating system and all software.
