R620 Lifecycle Controller Update Error - Secure Copy Failed

I'm trying to update the iDRAC and LCC version on my R620 and I'm having issues. The iDrac updated successfully but the LCC update (from 1.1.5.165 to 1.4.0.128) is failing and giving the following alert:

"Update Failure: Secure copy failure - the secure copy function has failed"

10 other servers with the same versions updated successfully. Has anyone seen this before and any ideas how to resolve?

The iDrac Virtual Media should be set to Detach for the updates to run properly

Looks like our servers are set to 'auto-attach.' 7 of the 8 updated successfully with this setting. Only 1 had this issue. Do you know why it would have worked on the rest?

I'm in a situation where I won't be able to try multiple things to get the update to work. I have to provide the correct answer the first time so any background info if you have would be helpful.

If something had been mounted it may not have cleared the secure memory portion. There isn't a single cause, but typically turning off the virtual media fixes most issues with the update not applying.

Out of curiosity, what do the LCC repair packages do? Could they be of help in this case?

We re-tried the update with VM set to detach and got the same failure message. Any idea what to try next?
