R310 HDD Medium Error
Disk medium error detected: Physical Disk 0:0 Controller 0, Connector 0 - If the system is up, can the disk be cloned and replaced?

Hi,
Which controller are you using? Is there a Raid array? If it is just a single drive that would probably work, however do a file level backup and not a block level backup would be better because a block level backup would copy the medium errors to the new drive.

On board perc. No raid.
Single drive - I'm not sure in understand how cloning the drive would copy disk medium errors?
