PowerEdge T620 no vga

No monitor output from onboard vga at boot up(Bios Screen).  Installed a new AMD 6450 pcie card to test. System boots and I can access Windows through Remote Desktop.  I can see the onboard matrox video and the new AMD card in Device manager with drivers install and shows working properly.  Still neither vga source has video.  We have tried different monitors as well.  It does feel like the onboard vga might be loose, as in broken, but I cant tell for sure.  I would think that even if it is broken, installing an addon video card would allow video.  Please let me know if you have any thoughts.  I don't have access to bios.

Hi Josh,  That is what I was thinking.  We only have iDrac basic, so I cant get to the console.  It weird that Windows can see both card and install drivers but no video output.  Is there any other way to see the bios without the iDrac enterprise?

Hi,

The pcie video card should work even if the onboard video does not work. Do you have an iDRAC enterprise installed?

Unfortunately there is not. You could try other 3rd party cards and see if they work at all, otherwise you will probably have to replace the system board.
