Event Message: A bus fatal error was detected on a component at bus 64 device 2 function 0.
Hey guys,
Ive had an alert regarding on our R720 Hypervisor.
Event Message: A bus fatal error was detected on a component at bus 64 device 2 function 0.
what should i be looking into? is it a NIC card firmware that i have to update ? any suggestions?

Hello.
It could be any device including controller and a PCIe device installed. There are a couple ways you can identify the device. Scroll the LCD further, the device may be mentioned along with the alert or manually boot into the iDRAC BIOS using Ctrl+E. You will find devices listed accordingly. If you are running Windows, run a DSET report and open the ..\gui\rawxml\slots.xml in Excel with Excel and lookup the associated device.
