DELL PowerEdge R720: Voltage Error

Hi,

PSU 1 for our server failed and we ordered a new PSU to replace it. We got the new PSU in and when we swapped out the bad one the Power Supplies had the green check (indicating healthy) next to it in DRAC. But Voltages showed error and the front panel reads:

"VLT0204 System board PS1 PG Fail voltage is outside of range. Contact support".

I have tried removing the power supply and the cable for it and then placing it back in. I have not powered the server down yet as we have not been cleared for an outage. Is there anything we can do to solve this without any down time?
