I have recently reached out through the chat for help on a battery charge issue. I wanted my battery to only charge when it goes below 20% and stops when it hits 80%, but 'My Dell' app wasn't able to help me with that. The chat support then advised to repair the app, but after repairing, it was still the same. Next, he advised to reset the app, then uninstall/reinstall the app, which I stopped short at, as I knew that isn't going to help. I cut the chat short, exited and since then I have been receiving this Dell Social Support email every day for the past weeks. 

Can anyone please advise how to stop this daily email spam?
