Can't see my post anywhere, #2

I have the same issue as other have described with not being able to find my post anywhere, but I did get a message from support asking for my service tag & code so something had to have posted. Of course it is out of warranty, I had no expectation that it was. I just wanted to post to the community to see if anyone could help resolve my issue. Guess I'll have to repost:(
