wifi enabled and can access sites but it says no internet secured

i have a dell inspiron 7577 and a couple of weeks ago my internet stopped working, it says no internet secured.i tried a lot of fixes through cmd, network reset ,messing around with adapter options and even a system reset but none of them seem to work. what can i do to get internet back.
