UD22 - problems with USB-A ports

​I have an Inspiron 14 Plus 7420 along with a UD22 dock.​

​I am experiencing issues where all of a sudden the USB-A ports in the UD22 dock are not responsive. The only way to fix this is unplug and plug the USB device in. I don't need to unplug the actual hub.

This happens while I am currently using the laptop. I have two monitors plugged into the hub and they don't have issues.

​I've updated the latest firmware, all updates on my laptop. USB selective setting off, can't figure it out. Tried multiple USB products.​

​Display ports work fine on the dock, it's just the issues with the USB-A ports in the back.​

​Any ideas?
