RE: Internet Explorer Script Error Message
I continually get the following Internet Explorer Script Error message:
error in script on page
line 30
character 3
error in loading DLL
code 0
This error is occurring in the URL file C:/Program%20Files/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss_shellinclude.js.
Can someone please tell me how to correct/stop this so it will stop popping up on my screen? This is really quite annoying. Thanks!

In IE, Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and in the Browsing section, UNcheck "display a notification about every script error".

I receive the same error.
I tried the solution: Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and in the Browsing section, "display a notification about every script error" is already unchecked. Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

I have a new Dell PC running Vista and I receive the same message every time I starrt up and periodically when browsing. It appears to be caused by the Dell support software.
If you click on the start up tab in the system configuration and disable the Dell support software the problem goes away.
The trouble is the Dell support software appears to reload itself and the error message returns. Does anyone know how to stop this happening ?
Thanks.
