PXE boot not receiving an IP address

When I tried rising two Dell Optiplex SX260 PCs they would not receive an IP address. Both PCs had new motherboards replaced by a Dell tech. Each have a DHCP account and the new MAC addresses and GUID numbers were changed in the DHCP spool. These PCs will connect to the network OK through the OS (XP Pro.) However they will not pickup an address from PXE boot. message: "No DHCP or proxyDHCP offer received" I can't figure it out. Please help. Message Edited by frabbott on 11-29-2007 02:08 PM

I would presume if you can disable it, then it should be able to enabled also.

Usually highlighting the entry in the BIOS displays the values that can be changed.

Thanks. After several re-boots the NIC is enabled, but It still will not pickup an address from the PXE boot. Issue is still unresolved. The PC accounts have been deleted from the DHCP server and new accounts created but I can not re-image these two PCs via the network. I get a "no DHCP or proxyDHCP offers are received". Any suggestions?

This issue is resolved. I had to roll the BIOS version back to a previous version.
