Latitude 7280 No Internet

I have an employee laptop that can connect to wireless networks but has no internet message. I have tried Ethernet and it also sees the local network but cannot connect to the internet, I then went to two other locations and still no connection, I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them I even downloaded the newest drivers from Dell and the problem still exists, And on top of this now 50% of the time after I reboot the adapters don't even show up anymore, anyone else have this issue?
