Latitude 3340 (End of Life) network adapter drivers wont install

Latitude 3340 (End of Life)

Latitude 3340 (End of Life)

I have a Dell Latitude 3340 (End of Life) and I downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 7 at first, and there was no internet. no Ethernet, and no WiFi. I then upgraded to Windows 8.1 64 bit, and Ethernet works. But WiFi does not. I tried installing every driver that was critical and recommended on the Dell Drivers page for my laptop, but it didn't work, even after a restart. When I was installing the WiFi Network Adapter Driver for my specific laptop and windows, it kept giving me the same errors: This software cannot be installed on this device I tried updating windows, I tried updating BIOS, I tried using everyone elses solutions, none worked. Even the ones with the same issue as me. They gave an Intel specific driver that I tried installing, but it didn't work. Same issue. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it, that would be great. I don't know what physical network adapter I have, and I don't know how to check. Windows 10 was working fine, it was just unbearably slow for this laptop.
