KM7321W Bluetooth Keyboard Mac Support

I want to configure the function keys, F1, F2, ..., to not require the FN key for the KM7321W Bluetooth Keyboard. The Dell Peripheral Manager can be used on my Dell XPS 8940 to reconfigure keys F1 - F12, but this app. is not supported on the Mac Book Air I have. The Mac setup for keyboard has a configuration option to remap the function keys to be F1, F2, ..., but it doesn't work with the KM7321W. Looking for a way to do this ...

Note to Dell: a small mechanical switch on the keyboard would  be nice for this purpose.
