IPv6 issue

Question

Hi folks. I have an Inspiron 13-5378 I've never looked into IPv6 until the other day. Using my favorite laptop, a 2009 Sony Vaio, I turned IPv6 on in my TP-Link router. The router immediately pulled an IPv6 and IPv4 address. It then immediately gave an IPv4 and IPv6 address to my Sony. And every android and Apple device that was on the router. The Sony then passed all the IPv6 Test pages I went to on the internet with flying colors. The Sony is running an updated Windows 10 with a Marvel something or other wifi card in it. So then I wondered about this Inspiron. Despite having an IPv6 IP from the router, it is disabled somewhere else. In properties it says IPv6 Connectivity - No Internet access. IPconfig shows an IPv6 address, a temp address. a local link address, and even IPv6 DNS entries. All the Testing sites show that the DNS servers used by my ISP are using IPv6, but my browsers aren't passing the tests. I have updated the Intel Proset drivers for the wifi/bluetooth card. I've released and renewed the IP lease, I've flushed the DNS, I've done the netsh ip reset command. And rebooted several times. What else could be the issue?
