Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection Error Code 10

Hello All,
I am having a problem with my wireless network card 3945ABG , in my inspiron 6400 Laptop.
At 1st it gaves me the error that the device cannot start coz of lack of memory.
 
Now it gives me the Error : Device cannot be started (Code 10)
With a yellow exclamation Mark on the device icon listed in the device manager list.
 
 
Any help would be thankthful.

This device cannot start. (Code 10)


Recommended resolution


Device failed to start. Click Update Driver to update the drivers for this device. On the General Properties tab of the device, click Troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard.
