How to solve start pxe over ipv4 issue?

As i was trying to install windows on my dell latitude 3420 laptop, i got a black screen saying, Start pxe over ipv4. then i connected my laptop to the router with network cable, and plugeed usb in for windows installation , but the usb is not detectable stating "No bootable devices found".i tried disabling uefi boot option ,ipv4 and ipv6 option from boot menu but getting the same error again. kindly someone asssist me in this situation.
