Error: Your computer is offline and Wifi is Connected but there is no internet access

Hello,

      I posted recently with an issue I had with my laptop's internet connectivity. I got the same error message today again. The message said "Your computer is offline". At first, the wifi got disconnected and then when i tried to reconnect it, it would say connected but there was no internet access. Then, I disconnected from my network to try and reconnect it and then it would not let reconnect again and told me to go to start panel and then network and sharing. I tried to connect from there again and it did not work. So then I tried a third time to connect it and then it worked. My Intel wifi technology was disabled and has been for every time I use it but it has worked fine. Where can this issue stem from? And is there a way to make sure it does not happen again? I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 and Windows 7 Thank you.
