Dell Computer Optiplex 380

Please help me I have forgot my password and when I try to connect to my domain username It says "can't sign me with this credential because my domain isn't available. Make sure your device is connected to your organisation network and try again" but make computer doesn't want to connect to Wi-fi it shows red X please help me
