Hello @James_79,
The settings seems good to me. But did you follow any documentation for this configuration? What OS version dows de switch have? and firmware?
Is the switch still in warranty?
Regards.

Dear Diego,
OS Version: 10.4.3.4
Build Version: 10.4.3.4.213
Build Time: 2019-06-10T09:54:17-0700
System Type: S4148F-ON

do we need to configure as virtual domain 1st ? before we configure LACP?
Or can give me some documentation for references?
Thank you.

Hi, I'm not an network expert but the channel group numbers should be the same, I believe.
interface port-channel41
no shutdown
switchport mode trunk
switchport access VLAN 1
switchport trunk allowed VLAN 253-254,1000
interface ethernet1/1/41
no shutdown
channel-group 41 mode active
no switchport
FLOWCONTROL receive on
!
interface ethernet1/1/42
no shutdown
channel-group 41 mode active
no switchport
FLOWCONTROL receive on
!
Also you could DM Diego with your service tag if you like. Have a great one.

Hello James_79,
I've made a research and found several links, could you please check them:
LACP requires that a Virtual Link Trunking interconnect (VLTi) has been configured on the switches.
Source:

How to configure Virtual Link Trunking interconnect:
https://dell.to/3Eeiowb
You can also check additional information about LACP configuration in Dell EMC SmartFabric OS10 User Guide Release 10.5.1 https://dell.to/3phwDwc p 452.
Please ask me if you have any questions.

Hello,
Sorry to see you have an issue with line protocol is down. It could be a cables issue. If you are able to reseat cables and check it again please. By the way, Can you check this thread? I think this was a similar issue. https://dell.to/3EqvLcV

Do you have a port channel configured in the OS of the server that the switch is connected to?

Hi Guys
I have a similar issue except using Mx5108n to Unity storage and Cisco Core switches for network breakout. All of a suddent the interfaces are showing up but line protocol down. Below is my config
interface breakout 1/1/9 map 40g-1x
interface breakout 1/1/10 map 10g-4x
interface breakout 1/1/11 map 10g-4x
interface ethernet1/1/10:1
no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
negotiation on
flowcontrol receive off
spanning-tree port type edge
!
interface ethernet1/1/10:2
no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
negotiation on
flowcontrol receive off
spanning-tree port type edge
!
interface ethernet1/1/10:3
no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
negotiation on
flowcontrol receive off
spanning-tree port type edge
!
interface ethernet1/1/10:4
no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
negotiation on
flowcontrol receive off
spanning-tree port type edge
!
interface ethernet1/1/11:1
no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
flowcontrol receive off
spanning-tree port type edge
!
The lights are amber on the QSFP+ ports for these connections. On the Unity storage side and Cisco switches, there is no LED and showing port is down?
We are using Dell breakout cables and all 10G ethernet using fibre. Is there something we are missing?
Thanks
VKS
