Dell X1018 DR Switch: how to disable http & telnet access and leave https & ssh
Hello!
I have Dell X1018 DR, FW: 3.0.1.1 and want to disable http and telnet access to it from local network.
But can't. It just doesn't work. I tried the following config as current:

It should be fine, but it is better to do it locally. Try this guide and see if it works better for creating the rules. https://dell.to/2GIKOXq

Hi Allan Stark,
Can you upgrade to the latest firmware and see if it works properly then? https://dell.to/35bExwM

Thank you for answer Josh.
I'm still afraid to do this because the device is in a remote location and the update procedure is in two stages: boot and software images.
All other servers in that location are connected to this switch (and switch is connected to the router) so if it doesn't work after a first or second reboot, I won't be able to quickly see what the problem is...
How potentially dangerous is a remote flashing through a http from a server located behind this switch?

Thank you!
I updated that switch successfully.
And problem with access through specified protocols was solved too. I just didn't pick the right profile for the rules, but thought that they would be applied in the displayed order of priority.
This setting is very non-obvious in my opinion.
