Cannot WebUI to 3448 if outside subnet

I have a 3448 that I've assigned VLAN1 IP address of 10.0.0.200/24. I can telnet and Web UI into the switch with no problem if I'm on the same subnet. When I am outside the subnet, I can only telnet to the switch but NOT WebUI.

Please advice.

Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards

You have your ip default-gateway set right (I assume you do since you can telnet remotely)? Do you have any management access-lists enabled?

Is the switch behind a router?

Here's a more specific description:

The IP address of the 3448 switch is 192.168.1.195/24. From within the 192.168.1.0/24 network, I can webUI, telnet, and ping the 3448 switch. However, on another subnet (192.168.2.0/24), I cannot webUI into the switch....but, I can ping the switch and telnet to it.

The only thing, I have configured out of the box is assign it an IP address to vlan1. The default gateway is pointing to my router.

Thank you

I have several 3348 and 3324, and they all do the same thing. I can use the WebUI if I am on the same subnet but when on a different subnet through our VPN, the WebUI does not work.....

I have the exact same problem with my 3348s and 3448s. I've tried setting up static arp entries on both the switchs and my routers, doing a "clear bridge" command, and removing all ACLs. Nothing works.
The only thing that works, temporarily, is to ping an ip address outside the switch's subnet from the switch itself. The WebUI and console become available, but for only about 10-20 mins then it drops off again.
