Unable to Login NMUI
Hi all,
I have not been able to log into NMUI through broswer with error message:
Failed to authenticate user administrator with the provided password on Authentication "networker-server-name".
Kind help is needed.

some context might help? for example which NW version? did the issue occur after upgrade, as for example there is a possible issue with certs with nw19.10.
is login via NMC working?

@bbeckers1 we are using version 19.5. I tried to reinstall Networker and it occured. NMC login is working though.

I guess you meant NWUI, the HTML5 interface?
As @bbeckers1 already wrote a bit more context would be helpful.
Were you able to log into NWUI before reinstalling NetWorker, if so I think you may have made a mistake during the reinstallation process.
I would check that the keystore and authentication server are set up correctly.
Open your NetWorker installation directory and check the following logs for more information:
(Depending on whether your operating system is Linux or Windows, the path may look slightly different)
- \nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\authc-server-audit.log
- \nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\nwui.log
- \nwui\logs\nwui.raw
