Networker Bare Metal Recovery Wizard not started

Try running the command `start javaw -jar winPEXWizard.jar" and see if that helps. If not try a different iso image.

we tried this command it display

"Error:Unable to access jarfile winPEXWizard.jar"

I think the best option for you is to create a new boot-able BMR disk preferably from another version. Please ensure that you are selecting the ISO with the correct architecture for your hardware.

@ay_fattah​ Unfortunately I don't have access to the support site to get the images from the support site. I recommend you open a support ticket to get this version.

the 19.3 bmr iso might still have the year 1-1-2021 issue, where anything after that date - due to a bmr wizard java code issue - is unable to handle anything after that date. So either as workaround have the system bios set to a date prior to 1-1-2021 OR change the date via the dos prompt that you end up in and then rerun the java wizard again.

This has been fixed in later versions of the NW BMR iso, somewhere from April 2021 or so onwards in later versions of the nw19.4 and higher BMR iso... Dell also provided fixes to customers for earlier versions, but I don't recall those were actually avialable for download.
