I was wondering if Networker 8.2.1 is compatible with DDOS 6.2.1.X. We are running in DDOS 6.0.2.40 and we need to upgrade it.

I am pretty sure that this will run in general.
However, if you are looking for a specific feature, you better ask Dell/EMC support - they may still have access to an old Compatibility Guide.
