I think Linux cluster is officially not supported (unless something changed recently) while Autostart probably is. You should check compatibility guide (right now, at time of this writing, that section of PL is under maintenance so you will probably need to check that tomorrow or on Monday).
Does the NetWorker software supports Red Hat Linux Enterprise 4 using Cluster Suite and GFS or only the EMC Autostart for Linux? Do you have a environment work with this kind of configuration (linux + clustersuite).
But you can also qualify Linux cluster if you are persistent or have good support. I know once we did this for VCS under Linux (however these things are then customer based if I remember correctly).
