Delete default Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum policy
Hi there, i am new to networker.
If there is any issue if we deleted the default policies (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) created by networker?
FYI, we already have our our policy and group for the backup job we use.
is there any impact on the networker itself, license, etc, etc if we delete it?

1. Click Policies
2. In the list to the right, select the 4 policies and delete them via the context (right-click) menu. Theier respective workflows will be deleted automatically.
3. In the tree to the left, select Groups and delete the appropriate ones (now marked with a red ball) using the same method.

what is the proper step to delete the policy? remove from group first or can straight away delete policy?
and inside the policy i saw 2 workflow, do i need to remove this workflow first?

No - these are just pre-configured templates which you may use.
Unfortunately, their 'values' are not self describing names. And you cannot change resource names in NW later. As a consequence, you need to open them (their workflows) to see what they are doing. With self describing names you prevent this extra effort. That's why I always delete them as well right after I started the Admin GUI for the first time.
But do not forget to also delete their associated groups. Empty resources are nothing else but confusing.
